Although Shipp does not come from a well-known famous family, she does have some celebrity blood. Her father, James Shipp, is a musician, and her mother, Amy Ruth, teaches kundalini yoga. Three siblings—two brothers, James and Jordan, and a stepsister, Kasia—grew up with the actress.
