Emmylou Harris most likely transports you back a few decades or more in time. She has won numerous awards for her music, including the Polar Music Prize and 14 Grammys, which comprise dozens of albums and singles.

Who was her second husband?
Brian Ahern, a record producer, was Harris’ second ex-husband and the father of her second child from 1977 to 1984.
Her second marriage in 1977 had a role in the mother-of-rise two’s to fame. Since roughly 1974, she has been seeing Canadian record producer Brian Ahern. Pieces of the Sky, her 1975 major label debut, was produced by him. Later, after Warner Bros. Records agreed to record her if she formed a band, she did so under the name “Hot Band.”
During their marriage, the duo continued to have more singles; their final one, “White Shoes,” was released in 1983, and they separated in 1984. As was previously indicated, they remain close friends and collaborated once more in 2008 to create “All I Intended to Be.”
Did they have a child?
The Canadian musician, who was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, had three bands over his career and was a lifelong fan of music. Even his parents helped him out by having his father buy him his first guitar.

The 71-year-old began his career in 1972 and spent a significant amount of time writing songs while residing in London. Since 1981, he has collaborated with Harris, for whom he wrote one of his earliest pieces, “Born to Run.” Then, in 1985, after marrying his wife, he relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, to live with her.
Among other artists, Kennerley has written for “The Judds,” Marty Stuart, Tanya Tucker, “Sweethearts of the Radio,” and Patty Loveless. He wrote Harris’ “Stumble into Grace” album song, “Jupiter Rising,” in 2003, which was the first thing he did for her following their divorce. The two have been close friends for a very long time.
Working with musicians has given the Academy Award-winning singer many benefits. She doesn’t appear to want to slow down or stop speaking to the public even at this advanced age.
