Miami Police Arrest Lil Meech For Fraud?

In 50 Cent’s BMF adaption series, Lil Meech, a rapper, and actor who is 22 years old, is now serving a 60-year sentence. Lil Meech became well-known for playing the role of his Black Mafia Family father, Demetrius Flenory.

Lil Meech, actual name Demetrius Flenory, was apprehended in Miami on Monday, according to our law enforcement sources, and charged with numerous charges of fraud and scams.

He currently just has Florida State charges pending; nothing federal. But he might soon be charged by the federal government. The FBI might be in charge of this case given the gravity of his fraud offenses.

Organized fraud in the first degree and grand theft in the first degree are the two offenses with which Lil is charged.

According to information obtained, level 3 of the Florida Punishment Code is assigned to “organized fraud.” Depending on the value of the property stolen, different penalties apply.

The fraud that Lil is accused of in this case totals more than $50,000, making it a first-degree felony that carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

And that isn’t his sole accusation. He is also accused of first-degree grand theft (above $100,000). According to Media Take Out, “Grand Theft” is a first-degree felony that carries a $10,000 maximum fine in addition to a possible sentence of 30 years in jail.
