Martin Lawrence was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1995 following an outburst of rage on the set of A Thin Line Between Love and Hate. Due to fatigue and dehydration, he later required hospitalization once again. Lawrence was detained in 1997 after assaulting a man in a Hollywood bar.
