Richard Madden: Profession, Career
Following his departure from Game of Thrones, Richard went unnoticed for a while before making a dramatic comeback with the BBC thriller Bodyguard.
Madden won the Golden Globe for Best Actor – Television Series Drama for his work in Bodyguard. Richard later had appearances in the movies 1917 and Rocketman.

Along with an older and a younger sister, Madden was reared by his mother and father. His mother was a teacher, and his father worked as a firefighter.
Richard enjoyed being outside and frequently visited the woods behind the family house. He sustained a few wounds as a result of his love of adventure.

During his hiatus from school, Richard gained weight, which made him a target for bullies at school. Madden eventually grew weary of the ongoing harassment and challenged one of the bullies to a duel during lunch.
The battle immediately gained notoriety and drew a sizable crowd. Madden attacked his opponent with all the fury he could conjure, but he hadn’t anticipated his mother being present for the battle.
Madden was ready to deliver his first punch when his mother stopped him. Richard said to The Guardian:
