American Caitlyn Jenner, also known as Caitlyn Marie Jenner or William Bruce Jenner, is a well-known media figure and a famous retired decathlete.

Caitlyn Jenner won an Olympic gold medal. L. D. Weldon, the coach of Olympic decathlete Jack Parker, convinced Jenner to compete in the decathlon.

His six-year decathlon career culminated with his victory in the men’s event at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, where he also set a third straight world record and became known as “an all-American hero.”
