Chris D’Elia is an American stand-up comedian, performer, author, and podcast contributor, his real name is Christopher William D’Elia. Chris D’Elia is well known for playing several different personalities. He has always been supportive throughout his acting career, in large part because of his father, a director, who never failed to promote his son and give him solid jobs in his early acting career.
He was born and reared in Montclair, New Jersey. At that point, his family moved to California. In 1998, he received his high school diploma from La Caada.
He started a career as a standup comic after quitting college, appearing on shows including Comedy Central Presents and Live at Gotham. D’Elia does not use drugs or alcohol and is sober.

He started performing in high school and appeared in a few lead roles on Chicago Hope.

Chris D’Elia has been performing standup comedy since 2006. He sees himself as a stand-up comedian with solid acting and theater knowledge. He appeared as a guest star on comedic programs such as Comedy Central Presents, Live Nude Comedy Comedy on Showtime, and Central’s Live at Gotham.
He made his debut as the Oracle, William Stankowski, to a greater audience than the sequel Glory Daze, which only has one sequel on TBS. He was initially the captain’s sole crew but was later added as a series regular.
