In 2009, Marcel’s half-brother perished
Let’s first discuss Marcel’s deceased brother before going over all of his half-siblings. Dr. Dre has relationships with a variety of women, and as a result, he has six children—three sons and three daughters—from these partnerships. Except for Marcel, Dr. Dre’s children include his daughters Truly Young, La Tanya Danielle, and Tyra Young as well as his sons Curtis Young, Truice Young, and Andre Young Jr.

Young is a private individual who keeps both his personal and professional life out of the media, thus neither his activities nor his line of work is known.
He did, however, appear in the drama movie Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel’le from 2016. Apart from that, Young is unknown to us, and the fact that he is not active on any social media sites makes it more difficult for us to learn more about him.
The bond between his parents didn’t survive very long
Dre first met Michel’le in the late 1980s, and they began dating soon after. For Michel’le, it was a huge event because Dre was and continues to be one of the most recognizable and illustrious hip-hop musicians. Nevertheless, Dre mistreated her since, as was already revealed, he had other relationships and cheated on his girlfriend.
They spent six years together. According to the reports, Dre was a violent person who assaulted Michel’le in a Los Angeles bar in 1991. Few journalists mentioned that Toussant thought Dre would murder her. In an interview with Vlad TV, she also disclosed that she had experienced abuse. “I was simply a quiet girlfriend who got banged up and forced to sit down and shut up,” she added.

Dr. Dre shot Toussant after breaking her ribs
Dr. Dre struck Toussant, leaving her with broken bones in her nose, black eyes, and damaged ribs, according to an interview she gave to New York radio station Power 105. Even more, Dre prevented her from seeing her pals. She also mentioned in her interview with VLAD TV that Dre once fired a shot at her, but it only missed her by a few inches.
“One night we were fighting and he went and got the gun and I just made it through the bathroom door and he shot at me and missed me by that much (inches), but he never tried to shoot me again,” she recalled. He continued to beat her even after the firing stopped.
She was dating Suge Knight after she and Dre split up, but they both assaulted her once; after that, he vowed never to do so again. Suge spent eight years with her; he was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and is currently serving a 28-year prison term.
