I enjoyed it. You know, you might overeat and feel like you want to shed two or three pounds, so I did it and I did like it even though I’m not trying to lose weight or anything. I still sort of do that nowadays.
The mother of two expressed her gratitude for being able to eat the fatty foods she previously avoided. She stated:
There is a lot of cheese and pork. A beef salad, that is. Similar to salad and grilled chicken, but with the option to gain additional fat, which is sort of fun. So, in some respects, you have to starve yourself—no carbs at all is restrictive—but it has also given me access to foods like cheese and bacon that I would never have allowed myself to eat in large quantities.
Guthrie, on the other hand, asserted that she felt lethargic as a result of the diet plan.
In the sense that I no longer want to exercise, I feel less energetic. To feel like I want to go for a run, do aerobics, or do anything else, I believe I need those carbs.
The good news is that Guthrie found she could recall more, which may be helpful as she gets ready for the November elections.
